Well at least I did not gain. I stay the same. woo hooo over the week of christmas. I am amazed.

276.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 96.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you....i wish i could say the same....i hope to break in the new year with a lost....i have been real good watching what i eat...and i have been working out....we'll see....good luck TO ALL OF US...IN 2008...LETS KICK IT UP..
