Mmm, so that FroYo from last night WASN'T a good idea, healthy, but to late...lol...next time I will know. Got out of bad with a sore left kneecap, dont know why, could be of yesterdays jog, gotta see what's it gonna do this morning when exercising...
158.1 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
