1763 kcal Fat: 33.22g | Prot: 86.41g | Carb: 297.59g.   Breakfast: Plums, Apples, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Special K. Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel), Wholemeal Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned), Extra Light Mayonnaise. Dinner: Baked Beans, Celery, turkey mince less than 10% fat, red pepper, tomatoe, onion, garlic. Snacks/Other: Apples, jammie dodgers, malted milk creams, Bananas, Pears. more...
