today is ash Wednesday. 6 weeks till Easter. my body doesn't feel bloated right now. the goal is to quit sugar and lower carbs, keep protein high.
my sleep is so far from where it needs to be. foot is swollen most of the time. left good knee is puffy more often than not. my clothes don't fit. strange itchy places on my body are popping up all over.
I'm on a high dose of estrogen, so hot flashes are gone, but my body looks like Hell. more fat less muscle every where.
Michael will move the full length mirror to a better place so I can see myself better.
I am so beside myself with stress and self loathing. I'm tired, feel on the verge of possible exhaustion most of the time.
since I can't go to the doctor much, I am hoping this south beach way of eating will help me. it was good before. I need to feel in control of myself.
I want to get up each morning at 5. this will help me stay on track. add some yoga in for balance.
I can do this. I want to do this. it is the best thing for me.
121.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
