on my period... to be expected i guess
181.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't you just hate that? I never realized the impact it had until I started monitoring my weight on this site. Just hold out for a week or so and your weight tracker will be back in the yellow! Congrats!
