Only lost a lb but after the rubbish i ate this week it is so not surprising. I have been really hungry and even tho i have not gone over my calories i have eat some really bad food. Felt really guilty for breaking my healthy diet, but its a new week now so i will try my best.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
