Ugh I hate to see the number go up. I must drink more water and cut out the coffee. I'm keeping the carbs to a minimum, not eating enough somedays. I will not get discouraged over this small number. Praying GOD keeps me on this path. I know it is HIS desire that I be healthy. Everyone have a great week!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
