Oh WOW....Over 10kg lost since December! Whoooo hooo...so MOTIVATED! Weigh-in tomorrow for the week...*holding thumbs* hope to lose another 700g for tomorrow... my muscles are sore, but its a GOOD sore! cant believe I have been doing exercises for 4 weeks now! Feeling healthy and GOOD...
158.1 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
