I started eTRF (early time restricted feeding) last Wednesday. Seems to be going on the right track.

And I lost a lot of water weight and waste form Easter feeding.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 98.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
