I am back on track and doing all my points daily. I am really glad I lost weight this week and hopfully I will do well next weight in too.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am in complete awe! You are my hero for the day! Tracking points (and sticking to them) are really hard for me right now, but if I want my scale to look like yours I better get back on track too. Way to go!
