Have a cold, some muscle tension, and I'm dehydrated.

I'm going to drink more water and I'm guessing I'll have one day where I drop a bunch of weigh; which will really only be water weight.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
