I am determined to break through the 200 barrier by this month! I haven't seen my weight this low since my early 20's!

Also, I'm doing some serious work around creating menus that are simple, flavorful, dense, and delicious! I'll add them to my recipe book here on Fat Secret once I've tasted them!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
