Weight has remained the same for the last three days. Will make more effort to get it going again after the weekend. I havent cheated but have had more carbs than usual so at least i havent gained.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sharon, it seems to me that you are not eating enough food. Your body may think that you are starving and will shut down. You are so close. I know you can do it. Keep up the good work. Eat some more veggie to add to the calorie count. :)
