Not feeling good about myself, this yo yo is neverending. I went from 246 to 196 to 269 to 226 back to 260. Ahhhh crap, I need to get serious, hit the gym, lay off the pizza.

Make yourself that you will never eat anything with white flour, that will take care of 60% battle, and it will keep it off. It seems that you can't figure out, or won't stay away from hunger triggers. Make up you mind, stop torturing yourself.

seems a little harsh. encouragement works better for me, I mean, I know when I mess up, I don't need it rubbed in. keep trying, don't give up!! you got this!!

Brandi, you've read ill intent in my post. If you mean by "encouragement" cuddly words, then that don't work with most. Read the endless wake of woes. and "That's okay, you can do this," and the don't. Smh. I wan't Boon to be successful, but in order for that to happen Boon has to make deep seeded unshakable commitments. If not quit.
