Wow the weight is falling off of me.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

This weekend it's shopping. All the clothes that used to be too small are now almost too big!! I'm only a couple pounds from my goal so I figure I'm pretty safe to treat myself to a few things.
