Well this is a little depressing only .4 lbs it is still a loss but, ouch thought I did really good this week. I did start my time Saturday so maybe that is why but, still depressing :(
184.8 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
