Well with the warmer temperate i have really sweat to the oldie's while walking. I was able to walk a total of 11.30 miles today, with one walk with my puppy which was a 3 mile walk and then the second walk on my own was an 8 mile walk. Really pleased with myself.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
