I've gone for a walk every day so far this month, but my eating hasn't been as good as I'd like. Still not horrible, but I let myself cheat a little on more than one occassion. It's still nice to know that as long as I'm exercising, I can lose a little even when I do cheat. For now, though, I don't want to cheat that much because I have a goal to reach. Once I reach my goal, I'll allow a little cheating, as long as I exercise to make up for it. I'm hoping that exercise becomes a part of my life after this month, though. :)
