Didn't write anything yesterday. So I got off track. Not to much but I did eat out for two meals. I didn't get extras like ranch and sour cream. I also tried hard to portion control. Still feel guilty for what I eat. Mic-D's never good. Anyway feeling real strong about everything. Got on the scale this morning and it is still going down. LOVE it. When it goes down my dedication goes up!! No sabotaging thoughts so far. I still want to lose the weight to feel good about myself, teach my little girl how to live a healthy life stile and I don't want to be a fat bride!!!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
