Yesterday was great! I made a very nice roast and mash potato supper with a garden salad kit we had at home. It was very good and the only thing we had to buy was some more potatoes. I did eat at Taco Bell at noon but I don't think it was too bad. The last few days I have been a little lax at getting information on here but will begin to do better today.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
