I started on Monday 13th Feb 2012. I got on the scales and was horriffied at the weight. I have to do something. Today is day 3 I,m not finding it too hard yet. I really want to get on the scales to see how I'm doing but I think I should wait until I've done a week.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
