eating whole foods as much as possible now, will have a free creme donut with coffee for breakfast, but going to the gym and having more whole foods, may have a not so whole snack for lunch.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
