1. Good morning everybody! I hope all is well in your world. 2. Well, my weight is on the way back down finally. 3. Blood sugar was a 107 mg/dL this morning. 4. Blood pressure continues to run high and be a point of alarm for me. It was 146/104 @ 87 bpm this morning. Very scary! :-( 5. Ketosis is holding but seems to be lower than it should be. I hit a 43 on the meter this morning. 6. I went well over the amount of calories I wanted to intake yesterday but, still managed to loose some weight. It has really been a struggle of late. I have got to get back on track with my exercise routine. 7. I need more fishing in my life! lol...that is my happy place.
