We have really been eating healthy.... it's really tough. It's just not easy to lose this weight. I think this is the stubborn weight that's been on my body for years.... I really need to increase my exercise, I think that will help a lot.

My vegetarian friend is coming to stay for a week, maybe I'll go veg for a week and see if that helps.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just a suggestion: try replacing cereal with an egg white omelet and the vanilla yogurt with the nonfat plain Greek type and see what happens.
