Okay I have hit a plataeu so I am allowing myself up to 800 kcals everyday until monday and then back on my strict diet.

Its the only way I know how to get over it.

Sucks bad.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
