I am so disappointed in myself. I made it under 200 lbs and I didn't allow myself to stay there very long.

I ate horribly this last 2 weeks. I'm going back to stage one on south beach diet...I've been craving sweets and carbs...wish me luck.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't be disappointed in yourself! You should be proud that you are correcting the situation, now, before you gain back any more weight. We all have setbacks, but it is how we respond to those setbacks that defines us. Keep at it. You will get there.

You made it under once, and you can do it again! I eat fruit when I'm getting a sweet-craving. Maybe that'll help.
