So weighing in the morning at the same time shows i am still at 160.5 Lb's two days in a row. I am going to weigh myself from now on in the morning. My workout for today 6 mile round trip for Dr's appointment, then 1 mile walk with my dog and then 30 minutes playing fetch with my dog. Afternoon a short 2 mile walk around the park. I am keeping the ankle weight's to 1 pond each when i walk over 3 miles as it begins to tire my legs after so long.
