Today is the day! I just KNOW it! I am going to start losing weight. The past few days did not go so well for me. I am now giving up processed foods and most carbs! Let's see if that works. Oh yea, and no drinks except tea and water!!
114.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
