Decided to weigh myself mid day instead of days end.I am not sure how correct the weight is, as it show's i lost 1.5 Lb's in one day. I did do a lot more strenuous exercise yesterday but do not feel like i lost 1.5 Lb's. Tomorrow i will weigh myself at same time as today and see what the scale shows.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
