Gained a pound, but lost inches!!!! I'll take it :)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Hey, you are gaining muscle. That happened a lot to me, especialy in the begining of my weight loss. Just remember to both focus on the #'s on the tape and the scale. Awsome!
