Walked to town today and back, about 1 hour (approx. 2 mils)
Had Grilled Chicken Taco Salad, salsa and chips w/peppers and ice tea.
2 jell-o puddings w/whipped cream about a serving each.
And, hot tea, throughout.
Yesterday, no walk. : (
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
