I thought I was doing really well these past few days, but I went up 2 lbs since Saturday. My daughter's birthday was over the weekend and we had 2 parties, I don't know if it was all the stress, lack of drinking enough water, or what???!! I resisted 2 different birthday cakes, not even a taste. We did have pizza on Sunday, I only ate the toppings, no crust at all, could that have been the culprit? Plus, I didn't record it in my food journal because I have no idea how to record pizza with no toppings :( I wanted to stay on induction for a few weeks just because the first 2 weeks went so well and I dropped about 5 lbs each week. I'm hoping that there's just something that I messed up over the weekend and the lbs. start to come off again. The weather's supposed to get better too in the next few days so hopefully I can get the kids out, wrap up the baby and go for a walk, at least!!! Note to self.........DRINK MORE WATER!
