I'm so upset that I'm back up to 186
186.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 February 2012:
1053 kcal Fat: 21.93g | Prot: 109.97g | Carb: 105.21g.   Breakfast: dole baby spina h, egg beaters. Lunch: greek kroger dressing, dole romane lettuce, 100% whole wheat sandwich rounds, dole spinach, land o frost turkey. Dinner: little debbie valentine, asparagus market, tilapia fillets. Snacks/Other: craisins, celery, celery bag, meat muffin. more...
2900 kcal Activities & Exercise: Weight Training (moderate) - 1 hour, Running - 6/mph - 30 minutes, Resting - 14 hours and 30 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Just keep with it and remember with weight training your gonna gain muscle which will weigh more than fat. always remember the scale isn't always what matters. You can do it :)
