So happy, and so blessed. Eating healthy again, or more like doing a diet at the moment...exercising, doing BBG1, first week, done and dusted. Feel sooooo good!
163.1 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
