I have had a good few weeks. I am almost done with the Insanity workout program and have really enjoyed it. It has been hard on my knees and shoulders and probably one of the major reasons I have not lost more weight. My knees and shoulders are sore so I don't go to the gym and work out some more even though I would like to get there more often. I will be done this Friday with the program and I will get back into the regular workout routine that I was doing before. I think I am over-training some areas and they need a break.
216.8 lb Lost so far: 78.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm almost done with week one in month two! I love it but my knees are hurting too. I wasn't sure if maybe my form is off and that's why my knees hurt.
