I appear to have made progress on my goal. Now onward!
104.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1627 kcal Fat: 53.90g | Prot: 53.24g | Carb: 238.69g.   Breakfast: Annie's Homegrown Organic Honey Grahams, Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Spinach, Great Value Sliced Carrots, Meat Loaf. Dinner: Tuna Noodle Casserole with Vegetables in Cream or White Sauce, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Applebee's Sweet Potato Fries, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Hummus, Coffee with Sugar. more...
