My husband comes home for valentines day. We go to. Applebees and I pick something "healthy". We drank wine and ate chocolate that evening. I had not prepared for his visit so I had eaten like normal earlier in the day. I did not find out he was coming until he was at the airport!So I am happy he came but I had no chance to prepare for the evening calorie flood! oh well....Now im a pound heavier then yesterday morning, go figure. ;) at least my husband is home for a few days.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
