Oh Valentines day! We went and had crab legs and broccoli (the only veggie option), and probably would have been fine, but we decided to have a treat and get frozen yogurt. I only had a little, but I knew what it would do. Worth it? Not sure yet.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
