Well, it's one lb. Can't say that I am 100% happy with that as I was hoping to have a few more pounds shed, but I'll take it. I learned a few important things this week however about the Atkins. Your weightloss will obviously stall if you consume too many sugar alchohols and I know I did because I had 3 sugar free chocolates this week. I also learned that your not suppose to consume too much splenda. So, as of last night I cut out the splenda as well and I am now having Unsweetend Almond milk in my coffee instead of non-dairy creamer and splenda. Honestly, it's not half bad.
Yesterday I experienced not being hungry. I did not want to eat dinner at all. Which shows in my low calorie and carb count for yesterday. This morning...I am starving! lol
