1. Tuesday...one day closer to the weekend. Ha!
2. Weight was down a little today.
3. Blood Sugar was 84 mg/dL.
4. Blood pressure was 136/95 @ 92 bpm.
5. Keto was a 49.
6. Pretty good numbers except for BP.
