I have not been doing well at all and my numbers are proof of that. I have overscheduled myself and not planned ahead for meals and other activities, and I am tired. No, make that exhausted.

That stops today. I will get back on plan TODAY. When I weighed in last week for BLN (Biggest Loser Nomad), I knew my numbers were not going to be good but I didn't think they would be that bad. I was pretty bummed out. Thankfully I still have many tools at my disposal, and this place is one of them. I have been logging my food on another board, but now they want us to use yet another site for the challenge. I just can't do it! Too many things to remember so I end up doing none. So I am going to go back to my original plan and do everything here. Steve is my team leader and he said it's fine if I print out my stuff or send the link for my FS page so my food and exercise can be tracked.

The first step is to allow myself more free time for me. I have been mudding walls at the new space for Love, I.N.C. since last week and not paying attention to my needs or planning ahead for my food. One of the things I worked on during sessions was my tendency to overschedule myself. Have to work on that.

I have been getting plenty of exercise, so I am good in that department. Tightening up the food plan and getting enough rest will turn the numbers back in the right direction.

I am so thankful that I have a place to come to and write down my thoughts and share them with others that definitley understand the challenges we all face.

So today is my day off, and I am going to the grocery store to stock up on the right kind of food and prepare some meals ahead so I will be better prepared for the week. I hope you can forgive my absence for so long.

Up until December, you had been doing so well. Giving yourself time is sooooo important - looking after yourself, making sure you are healthy and living a balanced life of work and play is key. So glad you have come back to us.... We WILL support you, you ARE amongst friends and we WANT yo to succeed.... But more importantly, we want you to succeed long term... You're right of course, Skinny, and I have nobody to blame but myself. I won't waste my time whining about it, but rather make the changes I need to get back where I need to be. There are a lot of different reasons that all added up to the backsliding, but in the end it all comes down to ME. I value you and everyone else here and I really appreciate all of the support and love. I send it right back to you! Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks Bren... I hate that I got so totally off track but I guess the important thing is I am back on it again. I still face challenges and fight with the demons each day but I mostly win these days! Onward.
