Adjusted my Diet for this coming week added Spinach and Celery removing Broccoli and Asparagus. I had another really good walk today 4 miles. No soda, No fruit drinks and no Beer .

Starting Monday i am going to carry 1 pound weight's during my walk to give a little workout for my forearm's and Bicep's.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
