Dropped 2 lbs since my last weigh-in! Super surprised since I took a week off from exercising. I guess a healthy diet and portion control really is making a difference.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
