This is an increase but I think it appropriate to record a weight as I have spent the last few weeks going up and down and up and down but not getting back to the 189.6. I can see that there is a worry that a slippery slop of not doing something could result from this. I did therefore record a few days this week and thought more carefully about not eating after dinner in the evening and this has resulted in a loss from my "unofficial" weigh in through the week, so I have actually gone down 4lbs but as I hadn't recorded the increase it will only show as a gain. It should be possible to drop now provided I stay more focused. (although I am resolved to have chips at lunch today!!)
190.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
