That went much better than the day before. I don't know really how much but being down three pounds is good. Dani made her awesome Chicken Tortilla Soup again, which I am sure I ate way too much. I need to put that recipe in the website so I can get a good calculation for the totals.
288.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
