I have been doing Boot camp 2 days a week for the past three weeks.

I also have been alternating cardio/weights.

I can tell that I have lost a few inches but not any more pounds... yet. Staying positive and keeping at it!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
