yay! Finally got past that number 174! It seems like forever that i past it then back down to it yet never below it so this feels really good! And I feel good and I feel stronger too! (mentally & physically)

Wow last night i felt soo fat trying on outfits to go out in, and this morning I weighed myself and I'm down 2 lbs! I'll take it! And run with it-this is so exciting because i felt like i was stuck and so it was kinda like i wanted to eat because i felt bad because i wasnt losing. I'm definetly an emotional eater! So for years whenever I was trying to lose weight I would switch up my snacky stuff/finger foods for 'healthier' versions. Now I'm just battling the need to eat. Kinda like feeling the feelings, acknowledging that they exist and that I want to feed them, and then DECIDING which is more important at that moment; controlling my thoughts or allowing the food craving to win. And when the food craving wins which it sometimes does, I ask myself if its working, is it actually making my bad feelings go away. Usually the answer is "no"! Funny thing about that. So then I put away the food and find a solution to whatever the problem is or put it away to deal with another day. But I do find myself feeding the emotions less and less. Especially since i have had times (used to be anytime I was alone) when I would just eat and eat and search for more. but I'm not huge so people don't know that i do this, except my boyfriend who sometimes enables me and doesnt know quite the extent, couldn't even guess. Because in between I eat healthy low calorie stuff and excercise. Its not anorexia and its not bulimia. But i use food like a drug, i guess. and Its a Secret. Please don't tell anyone! lol Anyway thanks for reading.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
