It's been nearly seven months since I have worked out regularly and eaten with the purpose of being fit and healthy. The scale shows. The pants show. I am more busy and have more joint pains than ever. I can no longer accept all or nothing for my diet and work-outs. When I am this busy, I need to have sensible options for small work-out days. Smart healthy choices that look at health before flavor. It's not if you fall but when. It's more like how long before getting back on. It's now.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
