Back at work since yesterday. Didn't weigh in until this morning though. Had a very busy time off including the daughters wedding out of town and all the eating challenges that went with that. Managed to do very well overall though. Down a couple of pounds since last weigh in but basically still maintaining in the same general area with little dips up and down.

223.3 lb Lost so far: 103.7 lb. Still to go: 3.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! You did do well. Easy to get derailed being out of town and at your daughter's wedding!

Thanks but it really wasn't that hard. Most of my family is on the same page more or less and I've been doing Atkins for a year and a half now, maintaining for the last 6 months. We rented a house while we were there so I was able to prepare some of my own meals.
