I hope to make progress on my weight loss goal today. I have a big dinner planned.
106.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1626 kcal Fat: 67.60g | Prot: 62.52g | Carb: 210.87g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Green Tea, Applesauce Unsweetened, Against the Grain Gluten Free Baguette. Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Udi's Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread, Frito-Lay Classic Potato Chips, Tuna in Water (Canned), Spinach. Dinner: Evol Chicken and Vegetable Pasta, BelGioioso Aged Asiago Cheese, Vinaigrette Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: So Delicious Coconut Milk Fudge Bar, Arby's Seasoned Curly Fries, Starbucks Marshmallow Dream Bar, Coffee with Sugar. more...
